Our PREVENT service allows lenders to search through our database of past public notices. - 12,00,000 records from newspapers in GUJARAT.

Our studies have shown that about 10% of advocate public notices relate to fraud or suspicion of fraud. Hence, public notices are a goldmine of title information about a property.

The user provides the search parameters like District, Taluka, Village, Scheme / Society Name, Unit No., Revenue Survey No. etc. Our proprietary matching algorithm bring the relevant search results. Users can immediately see the public notice and determine its impact on the property title. Data can be accessed from our web portal or API can be integrated with the client's LMS.

 

The client receives pdf reports containing the search parameters, listing of matched notices. Soft copies of the actual notice(s) mentioning the name of the newspaper, date and edition in which the notice was published are also provided as an evidence.
